About me

I founded NeuroHR to help organisations navigate people issues with confidence.

With extensive HR experience, employee relations has always been at the heart of what I do. I support employers through complex workplace situations, helping them achieve fair, practical and legally compliant outcomes.

As awareness of neurodiversity in the workplace has grown, so has my passion for helping organisations better support neurodivergent employees. I combine employee relations expertise with real lived experience of neurodivergence and practical knowledge of workplace adjustments and Workplace Needs Assessments to help employers build more inclusive workplaces while meeting business needs.

My approach is straightforward, supportive and focused on finding solutions that work for everyone.

Workplace Needs Assessments

Many employers want to support neurodivergent employees but aren't always sure where to start.

A Workplace Needs Assessment helps identify practical adjustments that can remove barriers and enable employees to work at their best.

Following a confidential assessment, I provide a detailed report with realistic recommendations tailored to the individual, their role and your organisation.

These recommendations can include communication strategies, equipment, technology, environmental adjustments and ways of working, helping employers meet their responsibilities while creating a more inclusive workplace.
